Excellent. Another plumber came & did nothing to fix the problem & did nothing but walk around & look at pipes, closed 1 vent under house & told us problem should be corrected in a couple of hours, charged a service call of $140. Plumber said if this did not work concrete would have to be busted up and problem would be under concrete driveway. Not at all true. Called Gladden Plumbing and Piping & problem was fixed in a couple of hours.

We purchased a home in October 2014. The structure was built in 1923 well before today's plumbing standards. Erin met me at the site the day after closing to take a look and recommend work that needed to be made immediately. By the end of 2014, we had upgraded the hot water heater, installed two toilets and replaced a leaking waste pipe inside the home. His team has helped us immensely since the initial work and they just completed the installation of the dishwasher and sink with new faucets and garbage disposal into our new kitchen.

Professional plumbers are not inexpensive, but I do believe we get great value from Erin and his team. When the work is done, it is done correctly, and we do not need to call them back. Erin has been able to respond to our needs in a timely fashion. I am accused of being loyal to service providers. Erin has earned the loyalty. I encourage anyone with a need for plumbing expertise in Gladden Plumbing's service area to let them deliver similar results.

Roughed in the plumbing in a full bath.

They were clean, and the head guy came out to do the estimates. There were 2 or 3 workers, and when I get done tiling the floor, they will come back in to put in the vanity and stuff.

Install hybrid water heater in new location; water analysis and install appropriate size water softener, filter and neutralizer; install faucet for kitchen sink; and troubleshoot faulty routing of existing plumbing and then corrected the issue.

Erin Gladden and his serviceman were extremely professional and helpful in solving some water issues we were experiencing. My only regret is that I had not called them earlier. They know plumbing. They took time to explain options and provide written estimates. They not only honored the estimate, they went the extra mile to insure the system was working properly and in doing so, discovered a major flaw in the way the home was originally plumbed; a hidden connection that had cold water communicating with a hot water feed line. They were courteous and extremely easy to work with. They demonstrated exemplary service and commitment to providing a job done right.

For plumbing, I used Gladden Plumbing and Piping. They installed a hot water heater and they replaced the garbage disposal and fixed two leaky toilets.

I really can't think of anything negative to say! Answered the phone when I called, were polite and professional, squeezed me into their schedule the very next morning, came on time, fixed the problem, and charged me a reasonable fee. Given that I'm in a rural area, and quite a distance from their business, all and all I felt that I was treated very fairly. I am glad to have found a good plumber to depend on! Sometimes hard to find reliable folks these days.
